At Kwinka we love to help individuals and companies form groups and provide and consume services
seamlessly. Kwinka aims to provide a useful and easy to use platform so that each individual can get
the most out of their experience. Should your question not be answered by this Help page, do not

Grouping is important for providing and consuming services. Using a Kwinka account, a user can group people for services that he/she provides and/or group people for services that he/she needs. That said, a Kwinka account can be used by individuals and/or small-size businesses to provide and consume services simultaneously.
These are the pages that you’re going to need to know about:
Here are some other pages that are useful in managing your services:
You can post new services to the Market for Services Provided or the Market for Services Needed. Under the red button “Post New” in the header, choose if the service you need to post is a Service Provided or a Service Needed. Fill out the New Post with the service details. Once submitted, the post will be listed in the intended market.
The New Post form will ask you if this is a New Service or an Existing Service. An Existing Service is a service that you have previously posted for individuals and/or groups. Marking a post as an Existing Service inherits characteristics of previous posts. Most importantly, is the number of purchases of the Existing Service so far, which we consider as a marketing asset for the service. You can edit all the service details inherited from an Existing Service except the Service Name. The reason of this exception is to prevent any potential use of the number of purchases made on a given service as a marketing asset for another service.
You can start a New Post on Kwinka for the services that you need to be fulfilled by Service Providers. For group services, once the needed service is posted, other people with similar interests can also join the group. Now that there is a group of people who are guaranteed to participate, businesses can bid on that group, offering deals and discounts if the group decides to use their services. Also, the group can actively search out Service Providers that are offering that service and invite them to submit a bid. As a Service Consumer, you can also directly purchase from the Market for Services Provided intended for individuals or groups.
Ex. Eric who is a golf enthusiast posts in the Market for Services Needed that he would like to start golf lessons. Eric is a beginner who likes to watch golf on TV and his favorite golfer is Matt Kuchar. Andy just moved into residence on campus and is looking for something to do around his new city. He sees Eric’s post and decides he also wants to learn how to play golf. Andy joins Eric’s posting. Slowly a group of about fifteen players is formed. Now, Eric can either go out and find a business on Kwinka offering golf lessons for groups of people and “buy” that deal or he can invite golfing businesses to “bid” on his group service. Two businesses “bid” on Eric’s group service, one business offers $10 a person while the other offers $15 a person with a free lunch. Matt now can decide which business to go with.
You can start a New Post on Kwinka for the services that you provide. Once posted, individuals can simply “Buy” your service. Also, you can actively search out Kwinka’s Market for Services Needed for groups that are requesting your type of services. Once you find that group you can “bid” on it. This will make that group aware of your services and your offer and they can choose whether to use your service.
Ex. Emily is a yoga instructor and wants to start teaching classes. Emily can post her yoga lessons on Kwinka as a service provided. She then has two options. Emily can wait for individuals to “Buy” her service, or she can actively look in the Market for Services Needed to see if there is a Kwinka group that is searching for yoga classes, then she can “Bid” on this group. Emily can offer that group $10 a person for an hour of yoga. Since she can already see there is a large demand she is able to offer them a lower price than she usually would.
